LIMITED WARRANTY
The Secure Hood Lock is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for 90 days after date of purchase. Any part determined to be defective in material or workmanship within the 90-day timeframe should be returned for repair or replacement. It is understood that the customer will pay all applicable shipping and handling costs.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
NO WARRANTY OR AFFIRMATION OF FACT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT ABOVE IS MADE OR AUTHORIZED BY SIMJACK.COM. SIMJACK.COM DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION OR MISAPPLICATION.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY SIMJACK.COM.  LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

PROMPT DISPOSITION
We will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product that proves to be defective within warranty period. Before returning any product, please fill out the online form. Please include date purchased, number of original invoice, and a detailed description describing the defect or problem.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will make every effort to ship your order as promptly as possible. Due to the volume of order activity, raw material availability, and manufacturing time we cannot always guarantee product availability. HOWEVER all orders are shipped on a first come first served basis.  Simjack.com makes no representations or warranties regarding product inventories. Simjack.com will not substitute items shown on this website
