This is an exclusive you will not find anywhere else. We have taken a good design and, in our opinion, made it even better!!! Initially created for one of our commercial customers our ultra CarGard CG1-AC has a number of added features.
                    Stronger less complicated locking mechanism--The pin lock system is by far a much more robust  system than the standard cylinder mechanism. The simple design will provide years of trouble free use.
                    Ability to use a number of different locks-- The Ultra CarGard can use a multitude of different lock styles. The hasp mechanism has a 1/2 inch diameter hole that can accommodate locks with up to 1/2 inch thick shackles!! The addition of a good quality padlock will provide increased security as well as ease of use.
                    More effective theft deterrent-- Take a look at the images below. The Ultra CarGard can be outfitted with any number of padlocks. As an example, we have chosen the American TM Model 2000 heavy duty lock. This combination provides increased security as well as an effective visual deterrent. While no lock is completely theft proof it would take nothing short of a crowbar to defeat this system.

The ultra CG1-AC is a special order item and is not in stock at this time. The CarGard CG1-AC w/ Gem Lock provides the same level of protection with a built in lock assembly.

    The Ultra CG1-AC locking pin is constructed from 1/2 thick round stock steel. The upper tab is constructed from1/4 inch thick steel. The opening can accommodate shackles up to 1/2" in diameter!!  ( Click on picture for larger image)
